We have developed a new policy to better service the older generators that we take care of - units built before 2010 fall into this category - these units need to be checked every other day for oil needs and in the case of liquid cooled units - fan belts.
Each Additional Service Call will be priced at $150.00/visit.

Licenses
I have been Licensed by the State of Florida - (408) for 6 Years - this license covered my current services. Last summer (2016) I updated this 408 License to an 803 which covers all gas services and greatly enhances my services for you!
As part of a complete Gas Contractor - all Gas Companies need to be covered by a Master Qualifier. I am the Master Qualifier for Power Expectations, Inc.
Also Broward County Requires all Florida Licensed Gas Contractors to have a Certificate of Competency - this license is more oriented to the Company's worthiness to conduct business in this county.
Adding Generator Cellular Monitoring |
All Generac Generators from model year 2010 to the present have had available a Mobile Link Cellular Monitoring Service. The monitoring keeps you immediately up to date as to the status of your generator - when it exercises - when you are running under load due to a power loss and most importunately a "Fault Shutdown/Lockout" . Generac Generators 2009 and earlier have not had a Generac produced choice - third party choices have been available for a while and I evaluated a solution from Power Telematics for the summer and just recently have made this service available for my customers. The older the generator the more important it is to have this monitoring. $379 Installed which includes your 1st. year of monitoring - $150/year beginning in the 2nd. year.
